This 5 lb bulk pack is packaged in a convenient bag-in-box format and is ideal for restaurants, concessions, catering, fundraisers, and high-volume kitchens.

 

No anti-caking agents are added. Natural caking may occur within 2–3 months. If this happens, simply break apart by hand and return to a free-flowing powder.

 

Flavor quality remains excellent for up to 18 months from the manufacturing date when stored in a cool, dry place.
