Vinificatie

De Allo is een hommage van wijnmaker Luis aan de bekende tv-serie en is een levendige en precieze witte wijn, op basis van alvarinho (al) en loureiro (lo). De eerste druif brengt structuur, de tweede zorgt voor aromatische tonen. De druiven worden zacht geperst en het sap wordt op lage temperatuur vergist. Hierna volgt een korte opvoeding op de fijne gistsporen op RVS-tanks.

Proefnotitie

In de neus fijne aroma’s van tropisch fruit en citrus. De alvarinho biedt aromatische fruitintensiteit en structuur, de loureiro juist elegantie en mineraliteit. De wijn is prachtig in balans. Dankzij een iets lager alcoholpercentage (11,5%) is deze Allo 'licht verteerbaar'!

Onweerstaanbaar lekker bij tapas met vis, zeevruchtjes of gevogelte, maar ook een perfect aperitief! In het asperge seizoen: een groene salade met rauwe geraspte witte asperges, parmezaanse kaas en klassieke vinaigrette.

SOLID built like a tank! Really like the all-metal design. No vibration on the road and minimal if any off road, extremely stable. 360 adjustability = endless options on positioning your phone. I have a pro max iphone with a case and there’s no way one-handed operation works to insert and remove the phone into the holder.
