5g Creatine, 3g GlycerSize™, 1g Taurine—straight-up hydration and performance boost

Condemned Labz Creatine Monohydrate keeps it simple and effective. It's all about boosting performance and hydration with the top-studied supplement ingredient, backed by two helpers that make your workouts feel better right away. The idea is straightforward: load up on creatine, keep your muscles hydrated, and push harder in those intense reps.

The main player is 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per scoop. That's the daily amount research shows boosts phosphocreatine in your muscles—an energy reserve that helps recharge during short, heavy efforts like lifting or sprinting. Over time, this means stronger lifts, more power, and handling more volume in your sessions. Creatine monohydrate is the go-to form because it's got the most studies proving it works. A full 5g dose like this is what really counts.

Next up is 3,000mg GlycerSize™, a branded glycerol powder from Pinnacle Ingredients. Glycerol acts as an osmolyte, which means it pulls water into your cells and helps hold it there. For training, that translates to better hydration, fuller muscles, and that pumped-up feel that keeps you going strong. At 3g, it's a real dose that works best when you drink plenty of water. You'll notice less of that dry, tired muscle feeling during long or sweaty workouts.

L-Taurine rounds the formula out at 1,000mg. It helps with cell hydration, muscle signaling, and keeping things smooth during contractions. Together, these make your training feel more dialed in, with better endurance and less fatigue.

Condemned Creatine by Condemned Labz contains 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate — that's the full daily dose backed by studies, not some weak half-serving. It boosts phosphocreatine in your muscles, helping you regenerate energy fast for better strength, power, and handling tough reps over and over.
  • 3,000mg GlycerSize™ — a solid amount of this branded glycerol powder from Pinnacle Ingredients. It pulls in water like a sponge, keeping your muscles full, hydrated, and ready for those grueling sessions when staying pumped matters.
  • 1,000mg L-Taurine — hitting the start of the effective range from studies. It helps with cell hydration, muscle signals, and overall function, making it a smart add for endurance and that smooth workout feel instead of just filler.
  • Just three ingredients, all fully listed—no sneaky blends. You can check it against real research and know exactly what you're getting.
  • No stimulants at all — pure performance help without caffeine or anything that messes with your sleep. Great for late workouts, sensitive folks, or stacking with your favorite energy boost.
  • Targets the phosphocreatine system — that's where creatine shines. It helps recycle energy so your heavy sets and explosive moves don't drop off as quick.
  • Hydration that fits the goal — GlycerSize™ pulls in water, taurine balances it at the cell level. Different ways to keep you feeling full and strong.
  • Feels better in the gym, not just on paper — you'll notice fuller muscles, steady energy, and less of that drained vibe during hard training.

Condemned Creatine by Condemned Labz contains 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys and gals in a muscle-building phase who want that full pump alongside strength gains. 5g creatine helps with long-term muscle and power, while 3g GlycerSize™ and 1g taurine keep sessions feeling hydrated and strong.
  • Powerlifters or athletes doing low-rep heavy work with lots of sets. Creatine fits this energy style, recharging you so explosive moves stay strong.
  • Folks who skip stimulants but still want workout boosts. This improves performance through energy and hydration, no jitters.
  • Late-night gym rats avoiding anything that kills sleep. No stims here, so it supports evening lifts with better strength and fullness.
  • People training in heat or high reps where sweat drains you. GlycerSize™ and taurine help with fluids, fighting that flat muscle feel.
  • Newbies starting with the most trusted supplement instead of crazy stacks. Simple label, clear benefits.

How to Use

Grab one full serving daily. On training days, take it 20-45 minutes pre-workout with 12-20 ounces of water to let the glycerol and taurine do their thing. On rest days, anytime works—consistency is key for creatine. If glycerol's new to you or your stomach's picky, start with half and build up. Use a shaker for even mixing. With or without food is fine, but a snack might help if empty stomach bothers you. Stacks well with pre-workouts, electrolytes, aminos, or protein. No need to cycle. Keep it sealed in a cool spot to avoid clumping from moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: Mix and drink; no energy rush, just getting it down. 10-30 minutes: With enough water, you might head into your workout feeling more hydrated. 20-60 minutes: That's when GlycerSize™ and taurine shine with better pumps and steady feel. Days 1-7: Creatine is loading up, so early wins are mostly hydration. Weeks 2-4: As stores build, you'll see better reps, strength, and set quality. Long-term: It's all about stacking up better workouts for real gains.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of Condemned Labz Creatine Monohydrate?

Each serving provides 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That is the standard full daily dose used in sports nutrition research to increase muscle creatine stores and support strength, power, and repeated high-intensity performance.

What does GlycerSize™ do in this formula?

GlycerSize™ is a trademarked glycerol powder included at 3,000mg. Glycerol acts as an osmolyte, helping the body retain water and supporting muscle fullness, hydration, and a better training feel when fluid status affects performance.

Is 1,000mg of taurine a meaningful dose?

Yes. The knowledge base places taurine’s clinical range at 1,000-3,000mg, so this formula hits the low end of the evidence-based range. At that amount, taurine meaningfully contributes to osmoregulation, calcium signaling, and exercise support.

Is this product stim-free?

Yes. Despite a metadata discrepancy elsewhere, the verified formula contains only creatine monohydrate, GlycerSize™, and L-taurine—no caffeine or stimulant ingredients are present in the listed actives.

Should I take this every day or only on training days?

Take it every day. Creatine works through progressive saturation of muscle stores, so consistency matters more than only using it when you train. Daily use is also the best way to maintain the hydration-related support from glycerol and taurine.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout?

Yes. This formula stacks very cleanly with most pre-workouts because it contains no stimulant actives and no overlapping pump ingredients like citrulline. It is especially useful if your pre-workout does not include creatine or hydration-focused support.

Will I feel this right away?

Not like a caffeinated pre-workout. The immediate effects are more likely to be hydration-related—better muscle fullness and a steadier workout feel—while the major creatine benefits build over 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use.

Does this formula need a loading phase?

A loading phase is optional, not required. Most users do very well taking 5g daily and allowing muscle creatine stores to build gradually over time, which is simpler and often easier on digestion.

Is this better than plain creatine monohydrate?

If all you want is basic creatine saturation, plain creatine works. This formula goes a step further by adding 3g GlycerSize™ and 1g taurine, which can improve hydration status, muscle fullness, and the way training feels in the short term while creatine does its longer-term work.

Can I take this at night?

Yes. Since there are no stimulants in the formula, it is suitable for evening training and will not create the sleep-disruption issue common with caffeinated pre-workouts.

What a delight to read!
Format: Kindle
I'm not quite sure what I expected when I plunked down my money and downloaded A Quiet Life in the Country. A modern variation of the Golden Age country house mystery? If that was it, I didn't get it. What I did wind up getting was a whole lot more. I will warn you ahead of time: if you are a fan of those classic mysteries, T.E. Kinsey's book may not be your cup of tea, and now I'll set about telling you why. Kinsey has written a good, puzzling, multi-layered mystery that gives you a real feel for village life out in the English countryside at the turn of the last century. While the plot and the setting are first-rate, it's Kinsey's characters that make this book shine-- and what makes the book turn away from those classic mysteries. Inspector Sunderland moves from being a stereotype to being someone rather special, which I always love to see (being sick to death of incompetent policemen in the books I read). Lady Emily Hardcastle's background is very mysterious indeed, and I hope it takes several books to have all the details teased out for us to see. However, it is the relationship between Lady Emily and Florence that is the pièce de résistance of A Quiet Life in the Country. Their dialogue is so full of mutual admiration, wit, and humor that it is, quite simply, a delight to read. As Sunderland witnesses one such conversation, he asks, "Are you two a music hall act?" and you have to admit that he has a point. (If they were a music hall act, I'd pay to see them.) If you're in the mood for something that's light and fun, something that teases your brain, takes you to the English countryside of a century ago, and makes you laugh, have I got a recommendation for you: T.E. Kinsey's A Quiet Life in the Country. I'm on to the second book!

are looking to settle in to the nice, quiet
Format: Paperback
Welcome to Littleton Cotterell,a small village in Glouchestershire. The year is 1908, and Lady Emily Hardcastle and her intrepid maid, Florence Armstrong, are looking to settle in to the nice, quiet, retired life after several years spent adventuring around the world. Naturally, such plans are always disrupted. In this case, the two women discover a dead body hanging from a tree while out on a morning walk. The death is meant to appear as a suicide, but certain inconsistencies seen to point more towards murder. With the local constabulary over their heads, Lady Hardcastle and Flo must draw on their previous experiences to solve the murder before anyone else gets hurt. The mystery goes off in fairly expected fashion, with the eccentric and kindly Lady Hardcastle relying on her witty and resourceful maid. There are suspicious characters and red herrings aplenty. And, naturally, the initial mystery gets wrapped up in several others in the course of the book. I will say this for A Quiet Life in the Country: it does not take itself too seriously. The usual tropes of the cozy mystery are addressed with a wink and a nudge (such as one character explaining to Lady Hardcastle that the tiny, 30 person village she just moved to is actually the murder capital of the country). I appreciate the effort made to acknowledge all the commonly used bits that go into a cozy murder mystery, and it certainly helped to dispel a feeling of deja vu. In all, if you’re looking for a nice, quick mystery with not one but two strong female leads, you could do far worse than to join Flo and Lady Hardcastle on their adventures. A free copy of this book was provided via Goodreads Givaways in exchange for an honest review. A Quiet Life in the Country is currently available for purchase (and, at the time of this writing, free via Kindle Unlimited).

Pay no attention to Amazon's forced "one word" reviews. Read this review instead!
Format: Kindle
When led to this page for my review I found a series of leading questions which I found quite offensive. Don't put words in my mouth Amazon. I'm quite capable of giving my own ideas and views! For instance instead of the above four one word clap trap, I give you my review: "Full of surprises" indeed! That being said, I absolutely adored "A Quiet Life In The Country". I take full advantage to read for free lots of book through Prime, but most of it is schlock. This is the gold piece found buried deep, and worth the search. It's fun and frothy reading at the level of P. G. Wodehouse and Georgette Heyer. I echo a hearty Amen! to those who found Flo and Lady Hardcastle the most diverting sleuthing duo to come along in ages. I want much much more! Well researched too, as I learned who in the upper crust sails (as in Ladyship) and an assortment of early 20th century sports figures like W. G. Grace and Jack Hobbs, and after googling pictures of same, got quite a giggle out of Grace being portrayed as Oscar Wilde. This is actually my second read of this series, and it is even better than I remembered. In the second one you get even more behind the scenes with Lady H and Flo and it is a wild ride. These are first class offerings and I'm actually buying them all and can't wait until the newest comes out next June (2017)!

Well written. Funny...out loud gafawing funny. Fun. Well crafted plot. Wonderful characters.
Format: Kindle
What a lovely surprise! A well written, well plotted. Funny. Fun. Mystery with two fresh and fine friends...Lady Hardcastle and Flo Armstrong , her erstwhile Lady's maid, Servant, Strong Right Hand Woman and friend...and...Inspector Sunderland, who finds the two so innovative and essential to the investigation of Two Murders and Some serious thefts that he is determined, and says so, that whenever they can he desires them to assist in future! I so enjoyed this first book in the series I invested in the next four...so far!...in the series. What fun...the women and now the Detective Inspector, as well, have such comical and engaging exchanges one finds herself (me) laughing so heartily she needs to pause and wipe her eyes repeatedly as she reads the story! Would highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good, well plotted mystery and a giddy, heartfelt laugh...well, series of laughs, at the same time. Dialogue is often funny...though murder and mayhem are not!...and this is a careful blend of both....just sayin'. What a wonderful edition to a huge genre of cozy and some not so cozy mystery books. I recommend this series.

a quiet life???
This is a short story collection like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Agatha Christie have for Holmes and Poirot/Marple. The characters remind me of the Phryne Fisher books. There are four stories in Book 1 A Quiet Life in the Country Lady Emily Hartcastle and her maid Miss Florence Armstrong are enjoying some time in the country in the small town of Littleton Cotterell when they come across a dead body. They find out that it is Frank Pickering, a local man and it is thought that he committed suicide. But investigating, it seems that he has been murdered. Who did it and why? The Circus comes to town Lady Hartcastle meets an old friend George who is the manager who for a circus that has come to town. The next day, the juggler Hubert 'Huey' Parving is found dead mawled in a cage and then others began to die. Who is behind this? The Case of the Missing Case Lady Hartcastle and Flo go to the engagement party of young Clarissa Farley-Strouds. The next day, Nelson Holloway, the trumpet player with that night's entertainment - Roland Richman's Ragtime Revue. Who killed him? As they investigate, the clues lead them to possible cursed stolen jewel. The Half-Death of Gunther Ehrlichmann Florence recounts her life before and after meeting Lady and Lord Hartcastle as she and Lady Hartcastle along with Lady Hartcastle's brother hunt down a killer. Each story is tied into the other, but exciting! Must read!
