This innovative learning experience combines trusted DiSC insights with focused, 90-minute training sessions and on-demand action planning to support managers as they address critical issues that impact team performance. In this skill-specific session, managers focus on Empowering Your Team.

By the end of this workshop, managers will:

• Learn how to ensure that each of their team members feel confident and effective when they take the lead.
• Explore their go-to empowerment approach based on their DiSC style.
• Understand how to adjust their empowerment approach to the needs of other styles.
• Build a custom empowerment plan for each of their team members using Catlalyst.
