Our Lido Key Tea is a rooibos with notes of mango, cherry, coffee, and yogurt traces for a special creamy finish. Tiramisu in a cup!
This rooibos has a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns, and digestive or colic problems.
Many of our daily recommended nutrients can be derived from Rooibos' hot or iced cups, such as Iron, Copper, Zinc, Magnesium, Fluoride, Manganese, and Sodium. In other words, healthy skin, teeth, bones, blood, and metabolic functions.
Our Siesta Tea is the sister tea to Lido Key Rooibos Tea. What other barrier islands should have a custom tea created in their honor?
20 to 25 cups of tea can be made from 2 oz of loose-leaf rooibos. We suggest steeping our Rooibos teas multiple times for even more cups of great tea.
Brewing Instructions for Rooibos Tea
Prepare like tea; however, these gems contain no tea leaves. All blends are caffeine-free. Use boiling water and steep for up to 10 minutes, depending on personal preferences. All teas are sold in 2oz packets from which 20-25 cups of tea can be brewed unless otherwise noted.
Store in a dry place.
