Production time is around 3-4 months, depending on our queue line. Quick production is also available upon request.
~ How to place your order
If you have any specific deadline, please be sure to message us before the placement of the order, so we will be sure to secure your deadline.
You can order a costume in "custom-made" option, where the costume will be completed according to your measurements. When you choose the "custom made" option, our manager will send you a measurement request within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please be sure to submit your measurements within the next 7-10 days after you receive the request, as without them we won't be able to proceed with your order.

After finishing your order, we will ship your item with the tracking code provided. A notification will be sent to your email.
Shipping time to the USA and Europe will take 30-45 days.
Express shipping will take up to 7 days.
