Unloosed from their earlier incarnation as an instrumental soul and funk band into something wilder, a little darker and heavier, this album sees The Cactus Channel diving in deep to dreamlike soundtracks, electrifying wig-outs and woozy meditations. And now with the band's own Lewis Coleman stepping up to the mic, a vocal dimension has become part of The Cactus Channel's fully formed, signature sound. This new embodiment of The Cactus Channel is of the cultural moment, akin to the vibrational path-crossing of fellow travelers such as Badbadnotgood, Unknown Mortal Orchestra & Menahan Street Band. The band flexes their classic soul and funk influences whilst expanding their own songwriting along psychedelic paths, adding weight and substance to their melodic and rhythmic axis. Looking back to when The Cactus Channel formed in high school, united by shared interests and a shared sense of humour, they were always set to walk this new path. Comfortable, Great Fit, and Perfect for Cooler Days

I bought this in January 2026 and have been really happy with it. The fit was as expected, which is always a big plus when ordering clothes online, and it feels comfortable right out of the package.
What I like most is that it’s nice to wear when the weather is a little cooler, but it doesn’t feel too heavy or too hot. It works well as a light layer and has been a good option for those in-between days when you want something with long sleeves but don’t want a thick sweatshirt.
It also looks good when wearing it, which makes it easy to use for more than just workouts or casual lounging. The overall style is clean, and it has a nice look without trying too hard.
Overall, this has been a great purchase. If you want a comfortable quarter-zip pullover that fits well, looks good, and works well in cooler weather without overheating, I’d definitely recommend it.
