A stunning synthesis of history, quality and value – as well as ALL-NEW presentation! – we are proud to present the Australia $2 Last Note & First Coin Uncirculated Pack.

Driven from use by inflation, and by the obvious contrast in cost efficiency when compared with a possible $2 coin, Australia’s $2 banknote was consigned to the pages of history in the 1980s. Unlike our current polymer notes, the last $2 was printed on paper. This key Australian banknote was issued from 1985, and carried facsimiles of the signatures of Bob Johnston, Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia, and Secretary to the Treasury, Bernie Fraser.

The $2 coin that replaced the note was crafted from aluminium-bronze, and was rightly considered a more durable, more economical alternative. Recognising Australia’s indigenous heritage, and depicting an aboriginal elder beneath the Southern Cross, the first $2 was designed by Horst Hahne, and struck by the Royal Australian Mint in 1988 – the year that marked the bicentenary of European settlement.

Creating the perfect partnership, the Last Note, First Coin $2 Pack unites premium grade examples of both of these key Australian legal tender types. Offered in strictly Uncirculated quality, the 1985 $2 Johnston/Fraser Banknote and the 1988 $2 Coin are set behind archival bubble, and beautifully presented within an ALL-NEW illustrated, informative pack!

If you are thinking of the Camino, This book is for you!
Format: Kindle
I just had a friend who walked 32 days on the Camino, and I chose this book to learn more about what it would be like. This was an excellent choice. The author outlines what pilgrims can expect and how to prepare for the experience. I had not realized there are six paths: The French, Northern, English, Portuguese, Orrigonal, and Silver Ways. It turned out that my friend was on the Portuguese way. The different paths range from three hundred to a thousand kilometers. The author goes through each of the "ways" and does a daily highlight of the number of kilometers one walks and the sights to expect. This book whetted my appetite to consider a walk like this; it would be a great resource for any pilgrim.

A Great Source for Practical Knowledge for Planning Your Ideal Pilgrimage to Camino de Santiago
Format: Paperback
This book is exactly what I was hoping for such as what the highlight of each village is with some photos. The level of difficulty, characteristics, and advice, not to mention a bonus QR code with up-to-date info on places to stay at each stage. It’s a terrific, easy to follow book, and I highly suggest purchasing a copy if you are called to this journey!
