Protein Blend 81% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate (contains milk)], flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronized creatine monohydrate 5.7%, flavourings, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier: lecithins (soy), acid (citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, thickener (cellulose gum), colour (Allura Red AC).

Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped measuring spoon = 3 tablespoons) with 300 ml water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare your drink. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after workout, and another one between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
