The RackBoss 2.0 is designed to dominate. It uses our X24 Technology, which eliminates extra movement from internal parts with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack. That saves your tension spring by reducing unnecessary stress. Overall, X24 Technology reduces wear and tear by 50%. It also includes a specially designed grease fitting for easy access to relubricate after a day of heavy mud and water riding. Tie Rods That Won’t Quit
There’s a reason why people say “tough as steel,” and it’s the same reason we chose steel for these tie rods. We use heavy-duty 1” diameter solid bar tie rods that are powder coated to eliminate rust and corrosion. We also use heavy-duty heim joints for superior articulation and adjustability—and better support for larger tires. Beefy 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads reinforce the weakest points on most tie rods for unbeatable strength and reliability. If you need a hardcore rack and pinion for your Teryx, look no further.
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
Our billet aluminum rods are nothing like you’ve ever seen before. They give you a polished billet finish combined with a tough hex design. And they’re incredibly strong despite being lightweight. We pair them with our oversized tie rod ends that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. It’s a win-win—you get the performance you’re looking for and the style to match.
