Published by DC Comics in 1964.  

A VG book despite flaws, but the supersized image below should give you an honest appraisal of its appeal.  The pages are an off-white to a light tan toward the edges, and all are bound to the staples as is the cover.  There are no missing pages.  Many cover creases, but the cover retains some of its glossiness.  Color-breaking spine stress marks and a spine roll.  Color scuffing and wear.  The book lies relatively flat, except at the spine.       

Comic Grading - Definition of a Crease.
     
Crease - A fold which causes ink removal, usually resulting in a white line.  This seems to be the sense of what a crease is to Overstreet's Grading Guidelines and most comic graders.  We note two categories of creasing in our descriptions, 1) color breaking and 2) non-color breaking. 
 
For a color breaking crease, it must show that white line, though of course the thickness, length, and cover location of the crease are all important factors in how severely the crease actually degrades the cover's impact.
 
A non-color breaking crease is technically not a crease since it doesn't break color, but to those of us who have spent hours obsessing over our books, it is an interruption in the gloss or how the cover reflects light.  Take a smooth unblemished white sheet of paper and press your thumb nail into it several times using varying amounts of pressure.  As the paper is white there is no break in color, but depending on lighting and its angle to the paper eventually you would be able to see every point where the nail impressed the paper.  Again the noticeability, number, and locations of non-color breaking creases are factors affecting the quality of the cover.
 
If a cover is generally smooth, this means the non-color breaking creases present are interfering little with the cover's appearance.  These kinds of creases range from unnoticeable in normal viewing conditions to very intrusive.  A comic must be very carefully handled to avoid leaving these impressions at the edges.
 
Unfortunately, scans of the covers, even the enlargeable images we employ, do not always fully depict these imperfections.  We try to fill in the gaps by offering my estimate of what the Overstreet Grade would likely be, and by giving a detailed written description. 
 
Like most comic buyers and graders we have exchanged thoughts with, we agree that Overstreet Grading Guidelines provide a helpful starting point to access a book's quality, but we all have our own tastes and biases, and sharp disagreements on various books as well as complaints about Overstreet's approach.  Different books will impress you differently than they would us, which is why we try to be detailed and factual.  We are merely trying to provide my buyers with enough background so the book received satisfies or exceeds the expectations generated by our listing.

Alright, here's a product review for those Tough Dog Toys: Finally, a Toy That Survives My Monster! - Tough Dog Toys Review As the owner of a determined (and I mean determined) large breed chewer, finding toys that last longer than five minutes has been a constant and often frustrating quest. I've gone through countless plush toys ripped to shreds, rubber toys with chunks missing, and even some "indestructible" toys that met their demise far too quickly. That's why I was both hopeful and skeptical when I came across the Tough Dog Toys, designed specifically for aggressive chewers and large breeds. Let me tell you, these bone-shaped nylon toys are living up to their name. My power-chewing Labrador has been going at this thing for days now, and I'm genuinely impressed. Where other toys have succumbed to his relentless gnawing, the Tough Dog Toy has held its own. There are some minor teeth marks, as expected, but absolutely no significant damage, no pieces torn off, and no signs of imminent destruction. "Almost indestructible" might actually be an understatement! The design is simple but effective. The solid nylon construction feels incredibly durable, and the bone shape is easy for my dog to grip and maneuver. It's also a good size for a large breed – substantial enough that he can really get a good chew going without it disappearing in his mouth. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind this toy provides. I no longer have to constantly supervise playtime, fearing that he'll ingest pieces of a destroyed toy. This feels like a safe and long-lasting option for even the most enthusiastic chewers. Pros: * Truly durable – stands up to aggressive chewing from a large breed. * Solid nylon construction feels virtually indestructible. * Safe design with no small parts to break off. * Good size and shape for large dogs to grip and enjoy. * Provides long-lasting entertainment. Cons: * May show some teeth marks over time (though this hasn't compromised its integrity). * It's a fairly hard material, so dogs who prefer softer toys might not be as interested. Overall: If you're at your wit's end trying to find a toy that can withstand your aggressive chewing large breed dog, I highly recommend giving the Tough Dog Toys a try. Indestructible dog toy

I have an 85 lb Pitbull and he loves to chew on those kind of hard bones but the meat flavor and scent is only in the middle the knobs on the end are just plain nylon and yes it is taking him a long time to get through them but little white fibers keep coming off I find them on the couch and he nibbles and tries to eat it so I believe he's eating the nylon and still has yet to get to where the beef flavor is in the center he doesn't chew from the middle he goes from the end all of his other chew toys he has he has demolished this one not so much I only gave four stars because my dog doesn't like it so much it is a very good sturdy toy though and has a good beefy smell.
