The Reptile Systems Eco T5 HO Lighting Kit is a comprehensive lighting solution featuring a black aluminum fixture, a Ferguson Zone 3 Lamp, as well as a Reptile Systems High Output T5 lamp and flicker-free electronic ballast. All components come ready to use in one convenient fixture.
The included 103-degree dual reflector can be taken off to use either its polished side or matte side to modify lamp efficacy and UV emission. The polished side's highly reflective surface boosts light and UV output up to 3 times and provides high levels of light and UV when you are creating a perfect environment for your creatures.
The Eco T5 HO Fixture can be interconnected with up to 10 units with the provided link cable. It can be installed at the top of the terrarium screen or mesh top enclosures, or beneath with the included mounting screws and brackets. For optimal safety, the fixture should be mounted horizontally at least 12” away from the animals to protect their eyes.
