Head bolts play a vital role in the sealing of the combustion chamber, oil/coolant channels and ambient air. Therefore, we recommend our cylinder head bolt set for the task. Having met and exceeded OEM specifications, these quality bolts are suited for standard and mildly modified applications. These are a torque-to-yield (TTY) type bolt which means they can be tightened past their elastic limit, guaranteeing high and uniform clamping forces. No-retorquing is necessary after correct installation procedures have been followed.
This valve regrind gasket set and head bolts combo pack suits Nissan vehicles fitted with YD25DDT and YD25DDTi Turbo Diesel I4 engines.

Notes:
- This set only suits YD25 engines with a 4 inlet port cylinder head.
- This set includes the two common rocker cover gaskets used so it is suitable for both Thai and Spanish built engines.
- When torquing up bolts, an accurate torque wrench or angle gauge will be required to achieve correct clamping forces.
- Please follow the torque specifications as recommended by the service manual.
- TTY bolts are only to be utilized once due to permanent elongation and safety concerns.
