Former president of WeylChem Lamotte, Gilles combines industrial expertise and solid experience in governance of predominantly industrial, B2B and family-owned companies.
He has worked at top Management levels for various chemical companies (Clariant, Hoechst, …).
Gilles graduated as engineer form ENSCM and holds an MBA from the Insead Business School.
His visionary leadership will guide our transition and innovation strategies. We are extremely honored to have him aboard !

Roland has been offering since 2018 his expertise to SMEs and startups, being specialized in corporate governance and generational business transmission.
He has worked at top Management levels for many family and international companies such as AB Inbev, Alcopa and Nexans.
Roland graduated as Business Engineer at the University of Leuven and holds an MBA from the Cornell University (US).
Outside of work, you will mostly find Roland in the airs flying with his air balloon.

Edouard brings more than 20 years of experience in investing and working with management teams.
Through Transition Capital Partners, or previously within the KKR and Virgin Group teams, he strives to offer active, financial, and human support to the growth of companies in the industrial and consumer sectors. His passion for sustainable technologies and industry makes him a key asset to our mission.
Edouard graduated with a MBEng, magna cum laude, from Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Outside of work, you will find him running, ski touring, or heading out to the theatre or a music concert.
