Tiefes Strohgelb. In der Nase weißer Pfirsich, Aprikose, ein Hauch Honig und Kräuter. Am Gaumen cremig und strukturiert, mit einer frischen Säure und einem langen, mineralischen Finish. Kein leichter Sommerwein, sondern ein ernsthafter Weißwein der nördlichen Rhône. Zu gegrilltem Fisch, Geflügel in Sauce, Spargelgerichten oder einem Risotto.
